Bliss Creek Outfitters is owned and operated by Tim Doud, a Cody Country Outfitters & Guides Association Guide of the Year and Shoshone National Forest Outfitter of the Year. Tim has guided and outfitted hunters for over 30 years and is past-President of the Wyoming Outfitters Association, Life Member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Life Member of the North American Hunting Club.

Since 1980, Tim has guided some of the most influential people in the world of Hunting; M. R. James, founder of Bowhunter Magazine, Dwight Shuh, Editor of Bowhunter Magazine, Dave Maas, Editor of North American Hunter Magazine, Steve Gruber, Host of TV Show Outdoor America, Mark Kayser, writer for North American Hunting Club and TV Host, Mike Carey, Host of Bowhunter Magazine TV Show, Larry D. Jones, writer for Bowhunter Magazine.

Bliss Creek Camp is located 22 miles into the Washakie Wilderness of the Shoshone National Forest, southeast of Yellowstone National Park, in northwest Wyoming. Corrals are located 43 miles south of Cody, Wyoming on the Southfork of the Shoshone River.

The camp consists of wall tents, all with propane lanterns, log beds, big comfortable mattresses and wood stoves. The heated shower tent is a warm welcome after a hard day of hunting. The camp cook prepares hearty, family-style meals in the large cook tent while hunters and guides tell the stories of the days hunt.
